Dimensions in Trowbridge is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help four adults aged 30s–50s with PMLD, epilepsy, and complex health needs. The role involves 1:1 and 2:1 support, personal care, mobility assistance, and promoting health, wellbeing and independence.
You will work as part of a team, follow care plans, and engage in activities such as hydrotherapy, music, day trips and hobbies. Full training is provided, and a full UK driving licence is required.
Location: Trowbridge (BA14)
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £13.45 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Driver Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (Auto-Friendly)
