Keys Group is recruiting a Therapeutic Support Worker to care for children in a residential home in Runcorn. You will be responsible for providing a safe, supportive environment and acting as a positive role model, offering encouragement and praise while managing challenging situations.
The role requires a full UK driving licence and flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins. Keys Group provides training, progression opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Role: Support Worker / Children's Residential Home.
Salary: £13.45 per hour PLUS a dditional: £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, an additional £3,000 -£6,000 P/A)
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle are essential in this role.
We are looking for a children's support worker to become part of our family home, caring for younger children who very active and energetic. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.
The role can be physically demanding and you will need lots of energy to keep up BUT you could be the person to change a life for the better.
