Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker for our Peterborough home (Peterborough PE6 and Spalding PE12). Join a caring team to support young people in a home environment, meeting individual needs and promoting safe, happy lives.

Role involves shifts and sleep-ins, a full UK driving licence is required, and we provide in-house training and progression opportunities. Real Living Wage is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

What do you need?

• The ability to relate well and share interests, give encouragement and get involved.
• Full UK Driving licence is essential.
• We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient with a keen interest in young people and their lives today.
• Great communication skills, positive and energetic.
• Experience within childrens care is highly beneficial.
• You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
