Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker in Peterborough to support young people in a homely environment. The role involves providing emotional and practical support, guidance, and encouragement to help each child overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving licence is essential.

What do you need?



  • The ability to relate well and share interests, give encouragement and get involved.

  • Full UK Driving licence is essential.

  • Experience within childrens care is highly beneficial.

  • You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
