Job summary

Discovery is seeking a Floating Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities and autism across Somerset. You’ll support six adults aged 30s–50s in a warm, person-centred home environment, with flexible duties across Minehead, Williton and surrounding areas. Join a supportive team dedicated to independence and meaningful community living.

You'll have the opportunity to develop skills while making a real difference in people’s lives within their local community.

• Support adults with learning disabilities and autism across North Somerset and surrounding areas.
• Provide six-person, person-centred support to individuals aged between their 30s and 50s.
• Work across teams and services to meet a range of support needs.
