Job summary

Mosaic 1898 are seeking a reliable, compassionate Support Worker / Personal Assistant to help a 41-year-old gentleman with a C4/C5 spinal cord injury living in his own home in Brighton. You will join a small, 24-hour, 2:1 team to assist with daily living, mobility, personal care, travel and work commitments.

No previous care experience is essential as full training will be provided. Empathy, dignity and independence are crucial, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Previous care experience is beneficial, however not essential as full training will be provided.
• Ability to promote dignity and independence for the individual.
• Empathy and emotional intelligence are crucial to supporting the client.
