Field Lane is seeking a Senior Care and Support Worker (Part Time) in Frimley, Surrey to join our supported living project. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living tasks, and promote independence for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Care or willingness to complete.
• Ideally, at least 6 months’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Caring, empathetic, and non-judgemental attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm, cheerful, and professional in challenging situations.
• Commitment to high standards and person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care alongside a dedicated team.
• Deliver personal care in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with daily living tasks (meals, laundry, housekeeping).
• Promote inclusion, dignity and independence for every client.
