We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Addlestone, supporting 3 males and 1 female, who have learning disabilities, autism and Epilepsy. You will be supporting on a day-to-day basis with daily tasks within the home, as well as out in the community, where the people we support enjoy activities such as shopping, trips to the day centres and much more!
