• Experience with adults who have learning disabilities and challenging behaviours is not essential but helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Help people supported participate in day-to-day activities and community activities.
• Support social activities and help residents keep in touch with family and friends.
• Lend a hand with managing finances and keeping living spaces tidy.
• Provide and encourage personal care and daily routines.
• Enjoy and engage with the role to support the individuals effectively.
