Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Lavender View, Hunstanton, on a full-time or part-time basis. The role supports elderly residents with physical frailty, helping them remain independent in their own apartments with on-site care and facilities.
You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and social activities, promoting independence, choice, dignity and respect while delivering high-quality care.
Radis Community Care are looking for a Full Time and Part Time Support worker to join the Radis Team at Lavendar View, Hunstanton.
A new Independent Living scheme in Hunstanton is due to open in September 2026.Extra care enables Customers to live independently in their own contemporary apartment, with the reassurance of on-site care and support facilities. Lavendar View has 61 one and two bedroom apartments designed to help local residents to retain as much independence and control over their lives as possible.
This will be a mix of morning and late shifts, alternate weekends, plus sickness and annual leave cover.

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, your primary responsibility is to assist elderly individuals who are experiencing physical frailty, helping them maintain as much independence as possible. This includes supporting people we support with restricted mobility by aiding them in moving safely to dining areas for meals, communal spaces for social engagement, and back to the privacy of their own rooms when requested.
The role will require you to assist people we support with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing. You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with people, both individually and as a group.
The core aim of this role is to promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect, consistently delivering care to the highest standard.
