We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our vibrant service in Hamilton, where we support adults with additional needs to lead full, connected and independent lives. One day you might be helping someone get ready for a swimming session or volunteering at a local café; the next, you could be joining them on a mini-break they’ve been looking forward to for months.
This isn’t a job for someone who likes sitting still. It’s active, social and deeply fulfilling. You’ll be working one-to-one with individuals, getting to know their personalities, routines and dreams — and helping them make those dreams happen.

You’ll need to be a member of the PVG Scheme and eligible to register with the SSSC, but we’ll guide you through that if you’re new to it.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
