You will also support wellbeing through activities such as arts and crafts, sports, shopping trips, holidays, and other engagements. The organization operates on a flexible rota, requiring availability for both short and long shifts, including days, nights, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
Requirements: No prior experience is necessary, but a committed and motivated attitude towards personal and professional development is essential. Willingness to undertake training to enhance care standards is required.
