Equal Education Partners is seeking a passionate and dedicated Welsh speaking Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. The role involves supporting pupils 1-2-1 within the classroom alongside teachers in a well-regarded secondary school in the Neath Port Talbot area.

We work closely with local schools to provide high-quality support, offering both short-term and long-term opportunities. The role commences in May after the Easter holidays and continues until the end of the academic year, with potential extension into the next term until Christmas.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For:

  • Experience working with children
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to process a new one
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and supporting children's well-being
