  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

About the Role

Our Support Workers play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and other additional needs to live life as they choose. This may include supporting individuals with day-to-day life skills, accessing the community, attending appointments, taking part in social activities or even planning trips and holidays.
