Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for its Moseley-based service in Birmingham to help individuals with brain injuries, autism and learning disabilities. The role focuses on day-to-day support, encouraging independence and participation in community activities, while providing guidance and emotional support.
You will assist with routines, health care needs, and personal care, and help clients develop life skills.
Please note we require a Male Support Worker over the age of 18 due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we are supporting making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.
About Evergreen:
At Evergreen, we support individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries, Autism, and Learning Disabilities. Our aim is to encourage independence and help people to engage with the community and participate in everyday activities.
We currently support five individuals at this service. The people we support are largely independent and mainly require prompting, encouragement, and guidance to achieve their daily goals.
