Job summary

Active Care Group is hiring a Support Worker at Bilberry Lodge in Lancashire. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with night, twilight, or day shifts available, and a pro rata salary of £25,400.16 per year for full-time hours.

You will support residents with rehabilitation, daily living tasks and report to the clinical team. Applicants should have care sector experience and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience working within the care sector / mental health is essential.
• Strong communication skills at all levels are required.
• Enhanced DBS is a condition for employment and will be processed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the people we support in a care setting.
• Support rehabilitation programmes and daily living activities.
• Report and record activities to the clinical team accurately.
