Job summary

Northern Health Care Ltd in the Preston area is seeking Support Workers for our 24-hour supported living and mental health rehabilitation unit. This full-time role involves 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights, and delivering compassionate, person-centred care to clients to help them lead ordinary lives.

You will maintain care skills, undertake training as required, support the manager to maintain quality of service, follow current best practices and comply with policy, procedures and health

Qualifications

• You will be caring, compassionate and committed to provide the support that allows our clients to lead ordinary lives
• A positive attitude, friendly, caring & understanding nature are an absolute must
• You will maintain care skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required

Responsibilities

• Carry out other similar reasonable duties according to the business needs
• Undertake any training relevant to the requirements of the role
• Comply with health and safety procedures and safe working practices
• Adhere to data protection procedures, ensuring that sensitive business data remains confidential
