Dimensions in Trowbridge (BA14) is hiring a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with PMLD and complex health needs. You will work closely with families and the care team to deliver compassionate, person-centred support across day shifts and sleep-ins.

Training is provided; drivers with a UK licence are preferred. The role includes varied shifts, with opportunities to participate in hydrotherapy activities and community outings.
