You'll provide 1:1 and 2:1 support, helping people enjoy active, engaging and meaningful lives while supporting their health, wellbeing and independence.
Full training will be provided for all specialist health and support needs.
Family involvement is important, and you'll work closely with relatives and colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality support.
Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
Experience is helpful but not essential — we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
