Job summary

Dimensions Group is seeking enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team in Trowbridge (BA14). You will provide 1:1 and 2:1 support to four adults with profound or multiple learning disabilities, epilepsy, and complex health needs, helping them lead engaging, meaningful lives.

Full training is provided. A full UK driving licence is required; sleep-ins bring additional £50, and shifts include early, late, and overnight options. We value empathy, reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience is helpful but not essential; training provided.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support to adults with complex needs.
• Assist with personal care and mobility support.
• Administer medications and PEG feeding when required.
• Prepare meals and support participation in activities.
• Collaborate with family and colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
