Active Care Group is seeking a kind and reliable Female Support Worker to assist a lady who uses a wheelchair and requires personal and complex daily care. You will join a stable 2:1 care team based in her home in St Austell, with shifts across days and some early/longer hours.

A full UK driving licence is essential to enable community activities and transportation. The role involves hoist transfers, ongoing training, and a friendly, supportive environment with opportunities for career

She loves music—especially boybands like Boyzone—and enjoys attending concerts whenever possible. She has a busy and active weekly routine, regularly attending art and music clubs as well as hydrotherapy sessions. She thrives on social interaction and enjoys getting out and about.**Available shifts:*** Day shifts 08:00 – 20:00 - Monday-Sunday* Thursdays 11am – 6pm* Day/Sleep – 08:00am – 08:00amIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
