Job summary

Dovehaven Care Homes is recruiting a Support Worker to join our team at Callands, Warrington. You will support males with complex needs including ABI, Parkinson's, and mental health conditions, delivering person-centred care and engaging activities.

Roles include personal care, daily living support, and trauma-informed approaches. A rota includes 7am–7pm days or 7pm–7am nights with weekend shifts; NVQ in Health & Social Care or willingness to pursue is encouraged. Training provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
• Care experience and commitment to compassionate support are desirable.

Dovehaven Care Homes are Recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at Callands, Callands Road, Warrington. Working DAYS 7am- 7pm OR Nights 7pm - 7am on a rota basis with alternate weekend availability required. 44hr,33hr or 22hr Contract available.

Your Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their goals and maintain independence. You'll support with personal care, daily living activities, and engagement in therapeutic routines, using trauma-informed approaches and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
