Dovehaven Care Homes in Preston is looking for a compassionate Support Worker for their Cedar Garden Care Home. This role involves providing person-centred care to individuals with dementia, facilitating their daily living activities and helping them maintain independence.
The successful candidate will work 12-hour shifts, either days or nights, and must be comfortable with occasional light cleaning duties. The position offers paid training, excellent team support, and multiple benefits including a Real Living Wage.

22, 33, or 44hourcontract- 12hour shifts 8- 8 on a rota basis with every other weekend availability requited.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their goals and maintain independence. You’ll support with personal care, daily living activities, and engagement in therapeutic routines, using trauma-informed approaches and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
We will train you to be the best Support worker you can be.
