Job summary

Dovehaven Lodge Nursing Home, Tag Lane, Preston, is seeking a Clinical Senior Care Assistant for day shifts on a 33 hour part-time contract. The role includes managing the care team, ensuring CQC compliance, and delivering high standards of care to residents.

We offer a Real Living Wage, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), paid DBS, free parking, full induction, ongoing development, and career progression through the Dovehaven Training Academy. NVQ3 in health & social care is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Previous experience working within an elderly care setting.

• Dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the Home.
• Previous supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting and experience of working with the elderly.

Clinical Senior Care Assistant (Days)

Dovehaven Lodge Nursing Home, Tag Lane, Preston.

33 hour contract

Three days a week,12 hour shifts 8am-8pm on a rota basis with every other weekend availabilityrequired.

About the Role:
