Transforming Support is seeking an Independent Living Support Worker (Male Only, GOR) in South London to help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs live independently. You will provide person-centred daily living support, build routines, and promote dignity and autonomy in the client’s home and community.
The role requires compassionate, patient, flexible individuals who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Full-time – £14 per hour (£28,028 per annum) + discretionary yearly bonus up to £1,000

Please note: Due to the specific needs of the individual being supported, including their care plan, safeguarding requirements and the need to maintain their privacy and dignity, there is a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) for this role to be carried out by a male Support Worker. This requirement is considered necessary and proportionate to meet the individual’s specific care and support needs.
