Male Support Worker

Transforming Support Coulsdon is looking for Support Workers to join the team at Chipstead Court, providing person centred support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This is a practical, people focused role where you will build trusted relationships, support everyday living and help each person achieve what matters to them.
Transforming Support provides person centred supported living and outreach services for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs across the UK.
As a Support Worker, you will provide consistent, person centred support that promotes dignity, independence, choice and involvement in the local community.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will be part of a supportive team focused on delivering safe, respectful and reliable support while helping each individual retain as much control over their own life as possible.
You will have at least 6 months' previous care or support experience and a genuine commitment to person centred support.
You will be reliable, respectful and confident supporting adults with a range of individual and complex needs. Being a driver would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
