Avenues Group is recruiting a Male Support Worker for Warlingham, Surrey. You will support four individuals with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge in a supported living home, helping them to participate in daily activities and stay connected with family and community.

This is a full‑time, 39‑hour per week role with a salary of £25,845 per annum (pro rata). A full UK driving licence is required, and we provide accredited training to support your career progression and

• Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
• Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
• Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
• Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
