Job summary

The Avenues Trust Group in Chertsey is seeking Male Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, dementia and behaviours that challenge. No prior social care experience is required as full training is provided, including a Health and Social Care Diploma to support your career.

You'll join a team delivering care across supported living, self-contained flats and community outreach. The role includes community activities, finance assistance, home care, and personal support,

Qualifications

Role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, dementia and challenging behaviours.
No prior social care experience required; full training provided.
Must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Help people get out and about in the community and beyond.
Support social activities and help maintain contact with family and friends.
Assist with managing finances and keeping the home clean and tidy.
Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
Approach the role with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
