Avenues Group in Redhill is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our community team supporting women with learning disabilities, autism and dementia. No experience necessary; training provided at no cost, including the Health and Social Care Diploma to help you progress.

We offer a pro rata salary of £25,845 per year for full-time hours, with flexible working, enhanced DBS, pension and a range of benefits designed to support your career and wellbeing. A valid UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Help the people we support get involved in day-to-day activities, making the most of their local community and beyond.
• Support them with social activities and staying connected with family and friends.
• Help to manage their finances.
• Keep their home clean and tidy, and do the shopping.
• Provide and encourage personal care.
