Job summary

Lifeways in Stourport-on-Severn is seeking compassionate Support Workers for Stourbank, a 5-bedroom supported living service for young adults aged 22–26 with learning disabilities, autism, and brain injuries. You’ll provide personal care, medication support, meal planning, and activities, with full training and clear progression opportunities.

The role operates on a rota, with shifts from 7:00–14:30, 14:30–22:00, and sleep-ins 22:00–07:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or willingness to start training
• Ability to work on a rota across 7 days
• Strong record-keeping and communication skills
