Working with people with learning disabilities and complex needs, you will apply PBS principles to empower residents to lead meaningful lives. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow in this essential role.

Qualifications

• Care experience or empathy for residents with learning disabilities.
• Strong communication with residents and families.
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' personal care and dignity.
• Promote independence and daily living skills.
• Ensure high standards of care and safety in daily tasks.
• Assist with day-to-day activities in the home.
