Hft is seeking a Support Worker to empower learning disabled adults to live life their way. You will support individuals in their homes and in the community, helping them access activities, health appointments, and daily routines with dignity and respect.
This role focuses on independence, choice, and person-centered care within a warm, inclusive team. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts, with opportunities for growth and training.

At our supported living service at Ryeford Court we support individuals with complex needs. We have individuals who use wheelchairs and others with specific healthcare needs eg epilepsy and those who require support with eating and drinking. It is a busy and lively service and staff are able to support individuals both at home and in the community as well as accompanying them on days out and holidays. If you have some previous experience in this sector and would like to develop your skills further, you could be a great match for us!
