Job summary

Hft in the United Kingdom is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to empower learning disabled adults to live life their way. You will promote independence, help with daily routines, and support participation in activities that foster confidence and connection.

You’ll work with a warm, inclusive team, receive training, and have opportunities to develop in health and social care. Flexible shifts include evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, in community and residential settings.

Supported Living services in Ironbridge offer the opportunity to support people with a wide range of interests, lifestyles and levels of independence. Individuals enjoy active and fulfilling lives, including community outings, café trips, cinema visits, bowling, football, museums, gardening and walks, as well as creative activities such as arts and crafts, baking and music.
