Job summary

Hft is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower learning disabled adults to live life their way. You will support individuals to make choices, stay active, and participate in social, leisure, work, and community activities while promoting health and safety.

Join a warm, inclusive team at Hft that values wellbeing, growth, and making a real difference. The role may involve evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts; training and comprehensive wellbeing support are provided.

Qualifications

  • Experience in social care is welcome but not essential; attitude matters most.
  • Willingness to learn and work towards a Health and Social Care qualification.
  • Must be willing to take part in activities such as swimming, cycling and visiting theme parks with the people we support.

  • Willingness to learn and work towards a Health and Social Care qualification
