Job summary

Autism Initiatives in Liverpool is seeking dedicated Additional Support Workers to help people live as independently as possible. You will work across Supported Living, Outreach and Resource Centres, delivering person-centred support plans and enabling participation in activities such as community walks, parks, swimming and volunteering.

We offer flexible shifts via our Worksearch app, full initial training and ongoing development, and a DBS check funded by us. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Patient, caring and supportive demeanor.
• A passion to develop and learn new skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Able to work flexibly with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support people to live as independently as possible.
