Keys Group is hiring a Support Worker in St Cleer, Cornwall (PL14). The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a pay rate of £13.45–£14.15 per hour. You will support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and brain injuries, helping with daily routines and health care needs.

A full UK manual driving licence is required. Join a dedicated team working with health professionals and therapists to support person-centred plans.

Qualifications

• Must Hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including attending routine appointments or administering medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support.
