Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Female Support Worker for our Callington, Cornwall service. The role covers 24 hours per week with shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends. A Full UK Manual Driving Licence and experience with challenging behaviours are required.

Join our specialist Supported Living service and work with people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, collaborating with health professionals to deliver person-centred plans and supportive care.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence + previous experience working with challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine for the people we support.
• Promoting independence and helping residents live a fulfilling life.
• Encouraging development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and supporting healthcare needs, including accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required and helping with domestic tasks.
