Job summary

As part of the Care and Support team, you will help with daily living tasks, health-care needs, budgeting, meals, and companionship, with comprehensive induction and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have UK driving licence.
• Experience in autism support is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Promoting independence while helping them lead a fulfilling life.
• Support and encourage development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintain and assist with health care needs, including accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication.
• Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assist with personal care as required.
• Assist with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
