Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in St Cleer, Cornwall (PL14) to provide compassionate, person-centred support in a specialist Supported Living service. The role involves 40 hours per week with a focus on promoting independence, health needs and daily living skills.

You will work closely with health professionals to implement person-centred plans, accompany to appointments, and support budgeting, shopping, and personal care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support to people in the service.
• Promote independence and help them live fulfilling lives.
• Support personal development through hobbies and interests.
• Assist with healthcare needs and attending routine appointments.
• Assist with budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Support with personal care as required.
• Assist with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Provide guidance and emotional support.
