Salary: £22,464 - £27,249 per annum + sleep-in rate of £80 per night

Hours: 36 per week with the ability to work day shifts, evenings and sleep-ins on a rota basis

Our Kent Learning Disabilities Service is looking for several Support Workers to join our friendly, dynamic team in Tonbridge, Kent.

You’ll support key service users to achieve individual goals as set out in each person’s Support Plan. Working as part of the Kent team, you’ll deliver exceptional support services to our customers.

Experience isn’t always necessary. If you have the right attitude, good customer service skills, share our values, and are willing to learn, you’re likely to be a great fit. A full training package will be provided to help new team members develop the skills to become excellent support workers.

If you’re confident, warm, friendly, passionate about supporting people, and adaptable to different situations, we would like you to join our team. This role is rewarding and varied, with no two days the same.

We provide a 24/7 service, so you will be able to work day shifts, evenings, and sleep-ins on a rota basis.
