Consensus Support Services Limited (trading as Consensus) invites applicants for a Part-Time Support Worker role at Roberts Street, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The role supports people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in a unique supported living setting, with 22.5 hours per week across rotational shifts.

Your Role

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. You may be new to care or already have experience in the social care sector as Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant but your values are most important to us.

• Roberts Street is a unique supported living service, offering a shared house for people looking to live independently but know that support is always there if needed – learning daily living skills and gaining responsibility to manage their own property. Whilst the benefits of privacy that come with a supported living service are enjoyed – there is also communal space to allow for social events including movie nights, arts and crafts or even just relaxing in the lounge one evening.
• Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
• Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
• Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
• Shifts: Rotational, 22.5 hours per week.
