Job summary

Consensus is hiring a Support Worker for Huntley, Worthing, West Sussex. You’ll help people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to participate in meaningful activities and community life.

The role involves supporting leisure, social events, and effective communication, with rotational shifts totaling 37.5 hours per week. Starting pay is £12.91 per hour, progressing on a clear career ladder up to £13.21 per hour.

Your Role

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. You may be new to care or already have experience in the social care sector as Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant but your values are most important to us.

• Huntley is a welcoming, social home where you'll find the walls adorned in photos of the fun things people do and the beautiful artwork people have made to decorate their home. This modern, updated service is a home where everyone can access all the amenities needed, and those living there have had a say in how the house looks, feels, and runs. The team run regular pamper days and movie nights, and the people living at Huntley are always encouraged to learn new skills or take up new hobbies.
