Job summary

Affinity Trust in Northiam, East Sussex is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities live their best lives. This full-time role (37.5 hours) offers a starting rate of £13.00 per hour with full training provided.

You will assist with daily routines, personal care and enable independence while ensuring safe, respectful support. Some sleep-in shifts and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to get to this location as hard to reach using public transport.
• Complete training provided and NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
• Must be able to work flexibly across the week, including some weekends and sleep-in shifts.
