Job summary

Radis Community Care is recruiting for Support Workers for a new Supported Living Service in Baildon/Shipley, Bradford. The role supports nine young adults with learning disabilities to live independently and engage in community activities, including outings and employment opportunities.

Responsibilities may include personal care, medication administration, and daily living tasks while promoting independence, dignity, and respect.

Qualifications

• Qualification in health and social care (not essential) or experience in supported living/settings with individuals with Learning Disabilities.
• Shifts are variable with alternate weekends, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support and personal care where needed.
• Assist individuals to participate in community activities and access services.
• Support with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication administration where required.
• Encourage socialisation and maintain connections with family and friends.
