Radis Community Care in Aldridge is seeking a dedicated Full-time Support Worker to assist adults with mild learning disabilities and PMLD in a supported living setting. You will help with personal care, medication, daily living tasks and community activities, promoting independence and dignity within a home-like environment.

The role involves shift patterns from 7am–2:30pm or 2:30pm–10pm with alternate weekends. Experience in supported living or PMLD is helpful but not essential.

Formación

• Supports individuals with PMLD and mild learning disabilities.
• Assists with personal care, medication and daily living tasks.
• Promotes independence, dignity and respect.
• Flexible shift pattern including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.
• Experience in supported living or PMLD is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompts for personal care and daily living skills.
• Support activities and socialisation within the community.
• Assist with meals, household tasks and occasional transport.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to the team.
