St Martins has a full-time vacancy for an Independent Living Support Worker to work in the community in Norwich.
We are looking for someone who has experience working with people who self-neglect and hoard, or who has insight into these challenges and a passion to support individuals facing them.
The post holder will work in the community, usually in the person's home, to promote independence and choice. You will support individuals based on their needs identified during their social care assessment.
