Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join the Supported Living Team in Pershore, at Cherry Orchard House. The role involves assisting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, Mental Health, Autism, challenging behaviour and complex care needs.

You will help with daily living activities, personal care, medication support, meal times and community access, fostering independence and social engagement in a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering personal care and daily living support.
• Ability to support with medication administration.
• Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.

Responsibilities
