Job summary

All About in Fleetwood is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with disabilities live independent, dignified lives in our Supported Living service.

You will provide daily living support, assist with personal care and meals, support inclusion in the community, and work closely with families and professionals to update care plans. Full training is provided, no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work is welcome but not required.
• Ability to work with adults with disabilities and support independence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication.
• Independence & Inclusion: help individuals build life skills and take part in community activities.
• Teamwork & Communication: collaborate on care plans and report changes in health or wellbeing.
• Safeguarding & Safety: maintain a safe, respectful, and empowering environment.
