One Fylde is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Blackpool, Lancashire to empower individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live vibrant, independent lives. You will support daily activities, promote community connections, and champion personal growth alongside a caring team.

Full training is provided, and we welcome applicants who are compassionate, patient, and flexible, including evenings and weekends.
