Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a group of four individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs at Waterbeach. You will be part of a friendly, supportive team providing daily living support, companionship, and positive activities in a caring environment.

Full-time shifts include 7am-2pm and 2pm-9pm with optional Sleep In, enhancing care delivery and team flexibility. DBS checks and references are required; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, dementia and cerebral palsy.
• Engage in activities and outings to enhance quality of life for the people we support.
• Assist with daily living tasks and maintain high standards of care, with DBS checks and references.
